In those nearly 20 years, I know so well how busy we all are. The call to know so much never wains, and we are only as good as the advise we are given.

We used to be able to do more with less and get away with it. With higher expectations from customers, ever-changing technology and products, regulations and the need to be sustainable, we need to work harder and smarter.
